Q. Are all of your products really cruelty free ?
Yes, all of our products and pigments are cruelty free.
Q. Hi, so some of the stuff I was looking for is not on your site at all, is it discontinued ?
Usually once a product goes out of stock, I draft it until it is in stock again. So it’s only hidden from the site until it restocks.
Q. Is everything handmade ?
Yes, everything is handmade in a sterilized separate business location.
Q. Are any of your products edible ?
Sorry no, none of our products are edible.
Q. My body butter has melted, is it still useable ? What do I do ?
Yes ! Body butters are still reusable after melting. Although it won’t have the same color/whip pattern, you can still refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes then microwave for 5-10 seconds & take a spoon or fork and mix it up until it softens. Also, you are eligible for store credit on the melted body butter with picture proof.
Q. HELP ! My order has been marked as delivered but is not here, what should I do ?
Sometimes USPS scan items as delivered to pass their daily duties and won’t deliver until the next business day. We recommend you to try to wait 2 more days & then you can file a claim on your package with USPS.
Q. What’s your products shelf life ?
Body butters can last up to 12-24 months. After the 12-24 month period, shea butter deteriorates and loses its vitamin content. While you can still use it to moisturize your skin, the benefit of the vitamin content is lost.
Body scrubs last up to 6-12 months after being opened.
Soaps last up 12 months after being opened.
Q. How often do you restock ?

Q. What’s the difference between order processing time and shipping time ?
Order processing time is the time it takes to package your order along with a group of other orders. Shipping time is the time it takes usps to deliver your items.

“EpicNay Beauty” is located in New York City.
Q. Where can I purchase “EpicNay Beauty ” products ?
You can only purchase “Shop Stunner Shades” products on online at www.EpicNay.com
Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order ?
You may email customer service immediately with your name and correct address at Info@epicnay.com before your order ships out.
Q. Can I cancel my order once my purchase is made ?
Yes, you may cancel your order before you have received your tracking information/shipping label. If you received a tracking number already, your order has already been processed and cannot be canceled.
Q. When will my order ship ?
All orders are sent to usps within 1-12 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday.
Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender ?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded back to your original payment method on the products you purchased and not the shipping fee.
Q. Do you have PR packages ?
We do not offer PR packages at this time.
Q. Does your products contain nuts ?
Yes, most of our products contain coconut oil and our body butters contain avocado oil. Please check our ingredients list for more information.
Q. How do I test your products to ensure the safety of my skin ?
If you are worried that your skin may break out or you are prone to the sensitivity of your skin, please note that our products are specifically made for sensitive skin especially our “KEEP IT SIMPLE” body butter but for concerns, please do a small patch test.
Q. Can I get more information on your shipping policies ?

Q. My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund ?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.
Once orders leave our headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with USPS.com and follow their instructions.
Q. My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund for everything ?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are under the responsibility of USPS with official record being your USPS tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with USPS and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
